Communication with Patients

Patients receive SMS messages from your clinic, not from an unknown number

ReKi automatically sends confirmations, reminders, and signature codes. With ReKi SMS, messages are sent from the clinic’s phone—the number patients already have saved—and you pay nothing per message.

How a message reaches the patient

The front desk schedules an appointment.

The patient immediately receives a confirmation text message. If a caregiver is handling the appointment, the message is sent to the caregiver.

Before the appointment, they receive a reminder.

You choose how far in advance the reminder is sent, and you write the message text once, in templates.

The message is sent from the clinic’s phone.

The ReKi SMS app, installed on an Android phone at the clinic, sends messages from your number. If an SMS doesn’t go through, it appears in ReKi as “failed,” not “sent.” If you prefer an SMS provider with a short code, you can use that as well, but then you’ll pay for each message.

In addition to text messages, emails are also sent.

ReKi automatically sends emails to patients directly, without any other software.

Communication with patients is included in the Standard Package. For ReKi SMS, you need an Android phone with a SIM card, which is kept at the clinic.
