Resource Calendar
In the ReKi calendar, doctors, therapists, rooms, and equipment are listed side by side. When you schedule a session, you can immediately see if the room and equipment are available—not just the therapist. You won’t find out at 10 a.m. that two patients are waiting for the same piece of equipment.
Resources are grouped: doctors, assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and massage therapists, followed by rooms and equipment, with each group assigned its own color. If you’re only interested in therapists, you can filter the view, and the rest disappears. You can switch to a weekly or monthly view at any time.
In the calendar, you schedule clinical services, not the procedures in a treatment plan. The appointment books the therapist and, if the service involves equipment, the equipment as well. In the equipment column, the time slot appears hatched so everyone knows it’s taken, even if the equipment isn’t the primary resource. Equipment with multiple stations accepts patients until it reaches capacity.
The front desk checks the patient in directly from the calendar—using a QR code, a PIN, or manually—and the doctor receives a notification that the patient has arrived. The status is visible on the appointment, so anyone looking at the calendar knows who is already at the clinic.
If the front desk uses guided scheduling for the treatment plan, the sessions are automatically added to the calendar under the appropriate resources. Without guided scheduling, they are not added automatically.
The calendar is included in the Standard Package. We configure the clinic’s resources—that is, the staff, rooms, and equipment along with their capacities—together during implementation.
