Privacy policy
ZEROPATH SRL runs rekiapp.ro and takes your privacy seriously. This page says what the website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who controls the data

2. What we collect, and why
We collect what you type into a form. We do not use advertising pixels. We do not follow how you move around the site unless you accept analytics, or you open the chat.

For a quote request and for the independent-therapist form, the basis also includes steps taken before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). For Google Analytics, the basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw that consent at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.
3. How we use it
We use what you send in a form only to:
- prepare and send you a quote
- write to you about that quote, or about ReKi
- book a demo if you ask for one
We do not use it for marketing you did not ask for. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.
4. How long we keep it
We keep form data for at most 12 months after the last time we were in touch. If there is no contract by then, we delete it. If there is a contract, that contract governs the data from then on.

5. Who else handles it
The forms on this site (quote request, independent therapist, contact) are processed by ReKi’s own infrastructure, on Google Cloud, in the European Union. To block automated messages we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which reads technical signals from the browser, such as the IP address.

6. Transfers outside the EU
Where a provider is in the United States, the transfer relies on the EU–US adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses. Operational and clinical data (patients, consultations, treatment plans, payments, documents, files) is stored in the European Economic Area, on Google Cloud Platform, region europe-west1. By exception, authentication data (email, the phone number used to log in, the password hash and the account identifier) is processed by Firebase Authentication, which operates from the United States.
7. Your GDPR rights
Under EU Regulation 2016/679 you can:

Ask what we hold about you, and how we use it.
Correction
Ask us to fix data that is wrong or incomplete.
Erasure
Ask us to delete your data, where the GDPR allows it.
Portability
Ask for your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Objection
Object to processing for direct marketing.
Restriction
Ask us to limit processing in the cases the GDPR lists.
To use any of these rights, write to contact@zero-path.ro. We reply within 30 calendar days.
If you think we have not respected your rights, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
8. Cookies
We set cookies only if you agree, or if you open the chat.

9. Changes to this policy
We can update this policy. The date at the top of the page is the date of the latest version. If a change matters, we will show it on the site.
