The patient walks in the door.
They no longer have to wait in line at the front desk. They identify themselves using the code received via text message on the screen the clinic already has. If they don’t have a code, the front desk assists them.
Check-in
The patient identifies themselves using the code received via text message, fills out any missing information on the form, and signs the consent form on the screen. The front desk is free for other tasks. The screen belongs to the clinic: ReKi does not include any tablets and does not sell terminals.

ReKi only asks for what’s missing from their file: contact information, medical history, and whatever else you’ve determined is required. You no longer hand out clipboards or transcribe anything from paper.
The document already appears filled out with their name and information. They read it, receive a code via text message, and sign it. The signed document goes directly into the patient’s file, not into a binder.
If the front desk is on the phone with another patient, nothing gets held up. You can check in for treatment sessions as well as consultations, and in the calendar you can see who has arrived for each session.
Check-in is included in the Standard Package. No package includes a tablet. ReKi does not sell terminals.
