Patient Account

Patients undergoing long-term treatments can track their progress on their phone

The patient account isn’t for someone coming in for a ten-day treatment. It’s for those who come for months—after a stroke, with scoliosis, or following surgery—and want to see their progress. The front desk sends invitations only to these patients.

What the patient sees when they open their account

On the first page, the next session.

The date, time, therapist, and active subscription, along with the remaining sessions. The check-in code for the appointment is also displayed here. They can schedule or cancel an appointment without calling the front desk.

Their progress.

A graph for each goal in the plan, with the values measured by the therapist along the way. A patient who sees that they’ve gone from 40 to 70 degrees of flexion approaches the next session differently. Here, they’ll also find their medical record and the documents uploaded for the consultation.

What they owe.

Amounts due and payments already made. The account header displays your clinic’s name, not ours.

And the caregiver can see everything too.

If a child or spouse is managing the patient’s account, they log in to the patient’s account and are marked as a caregiver. Both see the same progress.

The Patient Account add-on costs €28 per month for the entire clinic. Existing accounts remain active. Online scheduling on the website does not require a patient account.
