The therapist has everything on their phone, and the doctor can see how the patient is progressing
The therapist views the daily schedule and the parameters for each procedure on their phone and records the measurements right during the session. Everything they record is saved in the patient’s file, and at the re-evaluation, the doctor already has the patient’s progress in front of them.
A Day in the Life of a Therapist
For each session, they have the plan right in front of them.
The technical parameters are those set by the doctor, and the therapist can view the session history and the patient’s file, but cannot modify them. From the same screen, the therapist marks what was done, what was postponed, or what was canceled, and leaves a note if necessary.
When it’s time for a measurement, ReKi notifies the therapist.
Enter the value or complete an assessment scale, and the score is calculated automatically. Each value is recorded with the patient’s name and the date.
During the reevaluation, the doctor doesn’t have to reconstruct anything.
They open the reassessment and immediately find the active plan, the indicator chart, and the therapists’ notes. From there, they decide whether to continue the plan, modify it, or start a new one.
The therapist’s agenda and session tracking are included in the Standard Package, as are the assessment scales. Clinical goals, the progress chart, and the reassessment come with the Medical Rehabilitation add-on. The first 10 therapists are included; starting with the 11th, each costs €9 per month.
