Therapist Commissions
Each therapist has their own pay scale, with a percentage or a fixed amount for each procedure. Every time they confirm a session, ReKi calculates their commission. On the 1st of the month, you don’t have to tally anything from the calendar: you open the report and make the payment.
For each therapist, you set how much they receive for each procedure they perform: 30% for physical therapy, a flat rate of 25 lei for massage, as agreed with them. You also choose the calculation basis for the clinic: the actual amount collected or the list price. If a new therapist joins with the same terms, you clone a colleague’s grid and change only what’s different.
They confirm the session over the phone, and the commission is calculated at that very moment, based on the rate schedule valid for that day. If you change the rate schedule a month later, sessions already completed remain at the amount from that time, and nothing is recalculated retroactively. Sessions included in packages and those reimbursed by the insurer are also included in the calculation, according to the rule you’ve chosen.
In “My History,” they have their list of sessions and what they earned for each one, and they can export it to Excel. They only see their own information, not what their colleagues earn. No one will come to you asking, “How much am I getting this month?”
You can view each therapist or the entire clinic in a single table, for whatever time period you choose. For each session, you can also see which plan, package, or subscription it comes from. Export it to PDF or Excel and send it to accounting. If a therapist performed a procedure that isn’t in their schedule, you’ll see it flagged in the report so you can decide what to do with it.
The Therapist Commission Add-on: €19 per month for the entire clinic, regardless of how many therapists you have. Only the administrator can view the commission schedules and reports. Commission calculations never block session confirmation.
