Online Appointments
You can embed the ReKi appointment form on the clinic’s website. The patient selects the service and an available time slot, and the appointment appears directly in the calendar. Those who prefer to speak with someone can leave their number and will be called by the front desk.
They’re on the clinic’s website and want to make an appointment. They select the service and see only the available time slots, pulled from the calendar. They can choose a specific therapist or “any therapist.” If the desired day is full, they’re offered the first available day with open slots.
A son schedules an appointment for his mother; a parent schedules one for their child. The form allows them to do this: the caregiver’s information is included in the appointment note, and the confirmation is sent to the correct phone number.
They leave their name and phone number without booking a specific time slot. The front desk finds the request in ReKi—linked to the patient’s record if they’ve visited before—and calls them to set up the appointment.
Patients who have visited you before are recognized by name and phone number, so no duplicate records are created. The form blocks bots and duplicate requests and works only on your clinic’s domain.
One-time setup
We’ll build it for you, with the online scheduling already integrated with ReKi: the main pages (home, services, team, contact), plus the GDPR and cookies pages. The Standard Plan costs €200 as a one-time fee and is for new clinics. Hosting and the domain remain in the clinic’s name. For a more complex website, we’ll provide a separate quote.
Online scheduling is included in the Standard Package. We’ll add the form to your website.
