Insurer reporting

Report to the insurer from the same place where you work every day

ReKi signs, validates, and reports outpatient and rehabilitation services with the insurer in Romania. You can also issue electronic prescriptions and sick leave right from here, without having to open a separate insurer app.

What reporting looks like throughout the month

Services are validated as you provide them.

You sign using the patient’s health card, and ReKi validates the service with the insurer in Romania. If an error occurs, you see it for that specific service, not at the end of the month when no one knows what happened anymore.

The doctor issues the prescription and the sick leave.

The electronic prescription is created and signed on the computer with the doctor’s certificate. If it needs to be corrected, you can edit or cancel it, providing a reason.

At the end of the month, you have the complete overview.

The monthly dashboard shows what’s ready to be reported and what still needs to be corrected, and you submit the report from here as well.

And you know how much comes from the insurer and how much from patients.

In the management dashboard, Insurer payments appear separately from cash receipts.

Insurer reporting is included in the Standard Package for clinics in Romania. For other countries, we scope it on request.
