You know where the patient started and where they’ve ended up
At the beginning, you measure using the appropriate scales. At the end, you repeat them and see the difference—not just from memory. From the same form, you can start the treatment package or plan without having to fill out another form.
What Happens During an Assessment
The scales.
You choose the scales relevant to the patient’s issue. The score is recorded next to the name so you can compare it later using the same scale.
Final assessment.
At the end of the treatment, repeat the same scales. See what has changed since the first day, in the same record.
Use the same file to proceed.
If the patient continues with a package, start them from here. If they need a treatment plan, start them from here as well. The front desk schedules their appointment and processes payment.
Therapeutic assessments and scales are included in the Standard Package. You can start a package from the assessment. The treatment plan, clinical goals, and re-evaluation come with the Medical Rehabilitation add-on.
